Feature #1: Batch processing

We've got very positive feedback on the ease of use of Zammad. To further enhance Zammad in this regard, we added batch processing for tickets.

With batch processing you can select multiple tickets from within the ticket overview and execute actions on them via drag and drop:

• Execute macros via drag and drop on selected tickets
• Assign owner and groups via drag and drop for selected tickets

Feature #2: Telegram-Integration

Zammad already supports many communication channels like email, Twitter and chat. With Telegram we're now adding an additional channel.

Telegram is a popular alternative to WhatsApp to exchange (encrypted) text messages, images, videos and documents.

Your customers now can reach you via Telegram and exchange documents with you:

• Realtime communication with your customers via Telgram
• Exchange of documents (images, audio, video, etc.)
