Once Zammad is in daily use, new possibilities and requirements naturally emerge. Teams grow, workflows shift, and expectations evolve — and your Zammad environment should evolve with them.
In this workshop, we take a structured look at your current setup, listen to the needs of your agents and team leaders, and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and usability. A review session is recommended 4–12 weeks after go-live and then annually to keep your system aligned with your organization’s development.
*Prices for a remote workshop start at 1,598 EUR net (excl. VAT) for a full 8-hour day. If you prefer an on-site workshop, we offer the same 8-hour format plus travel expenses.
