In this workshop, we work with you to design the structure and workflows for your Zammad setup and configure the essential elements needed for productive use. Together, we define how channels, processes, and automations should look so that Zammad fits your organization’s way of working. All topics and objectives are agreed with you in advance to ensure the workshop focuses on what you really need.
*Prices for a remote workshop start at 1,598 EUR net (excl. VAT) for a full 8-hour day. If you prefer an on-site workshop, we offer the same 8-hour format plus travel expenses.
