Anyone who uses Zammad on a daily basis should know all the tricks and capabilities. In these hands-on training sessions, we work in small groups and equip those at the heart of support operations: agents and administrators.
Our trainers have worked with Zammad for years and know the product inside out. No matter your question, they’ve got you covered.
You’ll practice real workflows and features directly in Zammad — not just watch slides.
Once you’ve completed the session, we’ll send you a confirmation of participation to mark your achievement.
This training is designed for Zammad administrators who want to manage their system with confidence. You’ll learn how to use the full Zammad toolbox — from core features to advanced configuration options — and gain the knowledge needed to run Zammad reliably in day-to-day operations.
The workshop takes place over two consecutive days (2 × 8 hours) and is led by experienced Zammad trainers who can answer your questions and address real-world scenarios throughout the session.
For hands-on exercises, we provide a hosted Zammad test instance, allowing you to explore features and configurations in a safe environment.
After successfully completing the training, you’ll receive a confirmation of participation.

This training is intended for technical server administrators in self-hosted operations. The training covers topics such as installation, server configuration, sizing, backup and restore processes, as well as some tricks for database interventions at the server level (Linux and Ruby Console).
The duration is 4 hours. Our trainers have extensive Zammad experience and can address all questions within the scope of the training.

This Zammad training is aimed at service and support staff. The goal is to learn how to effectively use all functions in your daily work.
The duration is a one-time 4 hours. Our trainers have many years of experience with Zammad and can answer all your questions during the training.
As part of the training, we’ll equip you with a hosted Zammad test instance for hands-on practice and testing purposes.
Following the successful completion of the training, a participation confirmation will be issued.
