    About the Event

    Ten years ago, we launched Zammad with a clear mission: to provide support teams worldwide with a helpdesk solution that is not only built on real experience but is also accessible to everyone. We’ve stayed true to that promise ever since.

    It’s more than a celebration. At the first-ever live Zammad conference, we want to celebrate Zammad as a product, the team behind it, and above all, the community.
