Ten years ago, we launched Zammad with a clear mission: to provide support teams worldwide with a helpdesk solution that is not only built on real experience but is also accessible to everyone. We’ve stayed true to that promise ever since.

This anniversary is not just a look back at where we started, but a look ahead to where we’re going. It’s a celebration of Zammad as a product, as a team, and—most importantly—as a community.
