Vulnerability Descriptions
Information Disclosure to agents being customers
Zammad comes with a functionality for Agents being Customers in other Groups introduced in Zammad 3.5. However, when in the Ticket detail view an Agent being a Customer will be able to see internal Articles that should be only visible to full Agents of the Group. This results in a Information Disclosure enabling Agents being a Customer seeing internal information.
Recommended Resolution
This vulnerability is fixed in the latest versions of Zammad and it is recommended to upgrade to one of these.
