Vulnerability Descriptions

Denial of Service

An attacker with valid agent credentials may send a series of specially crafted requests which cause Zammad to execute an endless loop and thus cause denial of service.

Recommended Resolution

This vulnerability is fixed in the latest versions of Zammad and it is recommended to upgrade to one of these.
