Improvement #1: Excel download for time accounting

Until now, time accounting information could only be viewed within the admin area. This information now can also be downloaded as Excel file.

Improvement #2: Ticket selectors with tags within admin area

Now it is possible to use tags for selecting SLAs, trigger and postmaster filters within the admin area.

Improvement #3: Changed keyboard shortcuts

There were overlapping keyboard shortcuts between Zammad and the operating systems Windows and Linux (e. g. for entering the euro symbol). This has been fixed.

• Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift (new)
• Mac: Ctrl + Alt (as before)
