This workshop lays the technical foundations for operating Zammad in your own environment. Together, we will create the conditions for a stable installation, clarify your infrastructure requirements, and go through the steps necessary for reliable operation of Zammad. You will gain a clear understanding of the components involved and learn how to maintain them within your existing systems and processes.
*Prices for a remote workshop start at 1,598 EUR net (excl. VAT) for a full 8-hour day. If you prefer an on-site workshop, we offer the same 8-hour format plus travel expenses.
