*Prices for a remote workshop start at 1,598 EUR net (excl. VAT) for a full 8-hour day. If you prefer an on-site workshop, we offer the same 8-hour format plus travel expenses.

The PoC Workshop is designed for organizations that already have clearly defined requirements and want to validate their must-have or showstopper functions before committing to Zammad. It’s ideal for teams evaluating technical fit, or needing reliable figures for a strategic product decision.
The PoC workshop focuses on evaluation and feasibility. It is less about operational aspects and more about requirements, integrations, security aspects, and the specific benefits for your organization.
In most cases, we provide the necessary environment. If you prefer to use your own infrastructure, we clarify technical prerequisites in advance.
A clear list of must-have requirements, technical constraints, and relevant user roles is helpful so the PoC setup can focus on what truly matters.
Based on the results, you decide whether and how you want to proceed—for example, with a proof of concept phase, an implementation project, or further workshops. This does not entail any obligation.
