Your role in the team
In Sales, you are the central hub for everything related to our customers. You connect teams, bring structure to processes, and ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented smoothly, both internally and externally.
We work closely with our customers, create tailored offers, and guide them through the entire decision-making process, sometimes over several months, all the way to successfully implementing Zammad.
For this role, we’re not looking for a “classic salesperson,” but for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinks ahead, and brings both a broad skill set and strong expertise in specific areas.
Depending on your strengths, you can contribute in different directions:

- You run webinars and tailored product demos
- You explain Zammad in a way that fits each specific use case
- You advise customers across different regions, cultures, and time zones
If you speak multiple languages (e.g. English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French), that’s a big plus. German is helpful, but not a must.
REQUIREMENT & COMPLIANCE ANALYST

- You work on requirement catalogs as part of tenders and market inquiries
- You collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations to provide clear answers
