External authentication is an easy, one-click option for your users to log into Zammad. It has various benefits: not only is it faster, but it also means that your users will have to remember fewer passwords. Zammad currently supports more than ten login providers!
Third-party authentication is a quick and easy way for your users to log into Zammad. If the account is yet unknown, Zammad will automatically create a new user, without the need for information input (e.g. typing in the name). Another big advantage of this feature is that your users don't have to remember yet another password.
Zammad supports the following login providers:
- GitHub
- GitLab
- Microsoft / Office365
- SAML
- Note
