In this workshop we are consulting about the installation/sizing (onPremise) or SaaS-Onboarding (what plan fits best and activate Subscription), design the structure and workflows for your essential Zammad setup and configure the basic elements needed for productive use. Together, we define how channels and automations should look so that Zammad fits your organization’s way of working. Our consultants have many years of Zammad experience (not only in consulting, but also in development) and can address all issues. The topics, agenda and objectives of the workshop will be agreed face-to-face in advance. The workshop is conducted remotely. The duration of the workshop is limited to 8 hours.
*Prices for a remote workshop start at 1,598 EUR net (excl. VAT) for a full 8-hour day. If you prefer an on-site workshop, we offer the same 8-hour format plus travel expenses.
