How does the application process work?

Once we receive your application, we’ll get back to you promptly. We usually start with a short video call to get to know each other, followed by a more in-depth, role-specific conversation. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll invite you to a team shadowing day so you can get an authentic sense of how we work together day to day. After that, you’ll hear back from us shortly.

Does the Zammad team work remotely, hybrid, or on-site?

Zammad follows a remote-first approach. All team members work fully remotely. For us, strong collaboration matters more than a fixed location.

What languages are spoken in everyday work?

Our internal communication primarily takes place in English, as our team is internationally distributed. German is also used depending on the team, project, or role. The required language skills are specified in the respective job posting.

How is onboarding organized at Zammad?

Your onboarding is clearly structured while remaining personal. From day one, you’ll have dedicated points of contact, an introduction to our tools and processes, and enough time to settle in at your own pace. Step by step, you’ll get to know your team, the way we work, and Zammad itself — so you can feel confident and supported early on.
