Zammad follows a remote-first approach. All team members work fully remotely. For us, strong collaboration matters more than a fixed location.
Our internal communication primarily takes place in English, as our team is internationally distributed. German is also used depending on the team, project, or role. The required language skills are specified in the respective job posting.
Your onboarding is clearly structured while remaining personal. From day one, you’ll have dedicated points of contact, an introduction to our tools and processes, and enough time to settle in at your own pace.
