Zammad 3.0

The new main functionality in Zammad 3.0 is the Zammad Knowledge Base.

A selection of further important functions are:

• Extensibility through external plugins
  A complete REST API including REST API client library for Ruby, PHP, Python and .Net provides flexible extensibility. Important for enterprise customers: Individual extensions do not necessarily have to be made accessible to the general public, as is often the case with open source solutions.

• Multilingualism
  Zammad now supports 30 languages, including the RTL languages Hebrew and Persian.

• Third-Party Authentication
  Zammad enables the integration of users with Microsoft Account and Azure AD or via OAuth2 (e.g. Office 365, Google, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
