Open position for a Ruby on Rails developer for SaaS platform

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to help us build a completely new team for our SaaS platform. As we scale our helpdesk platform to the next level, we need someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and wants their code to make a real impact.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Maintain and further develop our various Ruby on Rails applications that power Zammad SaaS.
• Ensure an optimal user experience for all stakeholders (internal teams and end customers).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Contribute high-quality code reviews and engage with the team for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails development using REST APIs.
• Deep and practical knowledge of Linux.
• A thorough understanding of web architecture, including proficiency with CSS, semantic HTML, and core JavaScript concepts.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• A continuous learner's attitude, eagerly embracing both teaching and learning opportunities.
