Organize your ticket processing more efficiently than ever with the integrated checklist feature. Located directly in the right sidebar, it offers a clear overview of all tasks – from simple to-do lists to complex process flows.
A special highlight: individual checklist items can be linked to tickets. When a linked ticket is closed, the corresponding checklist item is automatically marked as completed. This saves manual updates and ensures that every task is handled seamlessly.
In the admin area, administrators can create customized templates for recurring processes – whether for onboarding or specific workflows. These templates can be adapted flexibly to suit diverse requirements.
