Sometimes you don't want to create a simple and plain message. Maybe you want to highlight a certain part with bold or italic text, or you want to include a list with bullet points. Zammad lets you do just that for every ticket you create.
The message editor supports the copying and pasting (or dragging and dropping) of
- rich-text
- images
- file attachments
Use the built-in keyboard shortcuts to apply rich text formatting. There are endless possibilities when it comes to styling your text:

Formatting Text
Keyboard shortcuts can be used to apply rich-text formatting in one of two ways:
- As-you-type:
Press the shortcut, enter your desired text, and press the shortcut again to return to normal text mode. - All-at-once:
Enter your desired text, click-and-drag with the mouse to select the desired passage, and press the shortcut to style the highlighted area.
Luckily, you don't have to remember all the shortcuts - just click on your avatar at the bottom of the main menu to access the keyboard shortcuts cheat sheet:

- Ctrl + Shift + H (on Windows)
