Since Zammad 4.0, your ticketing system can be integrated with GitHub. This way you can link Zammad tickets to GitHub issues, enabling you to see issue information and make initial edits directly in your helpdesk.
If you use both Zammad and GitHub, it is possible to connect both systems. This creates a data exchange that shows you all relevant information about your issues directly in Zammad, for example:
This gives you a fabulous overview of both systems and makes editing easier. The integration supports both GitHub and GitHub Enterprise, so it doesn't matter which version of GitHub and Zammad you use.
