Do you also work with GitLab? Then you'll be delighted to hear that, since the launch of Zammad 4.0, a helpful integration is available! It allows you to easily connect your GitLab issues with Zammad tickets and thus provides more clarity and efficiency.
This allows you to view all relevant information about your issues directly in Zammad, for example:
- the ticket status (Open / Closed)
- the labels of this issue
- who it is assigned to

The integration is available for both the hosted option (gitlab.com) and the self-hosted version (git.company.com).
Keep an eye on two systems without having to switch between browser windows.
