Designate certain customers/organizations as VIPs and crown on them accordingly! VIPs can benefit from their own settings (individually defined by your team) and enjoy a higher status. This way, you always have an eye on the most important customers/organizations.

Do you want to go the extra mile for certain customers/organizations? Zammad gives you the possibility to mark special customers and/or organizations via the VIP flag. This way, they are assigned a higher status. The following attributes and settings can be customized for VIPs:

  • Triggers
  • Scheduled actions
  • SLAs
  • Overviews

The VIP status doesn't change anything without additional settings. An admin can set up automated system configurations based on this value or use this attribute as a filter for overviews.

The option to assign a VIP status to organizations became possible with Zammad 6.1. For example, a trigger can be used to evaluate if a ticket originates from an organization with VIP status. This can facilitate various subsequent work steps. In addition, new operators are now available that allow fields to be searched even more easily and accurately. This makes it even easier to implement "if, then" automations.
