Remote DoS via arbitrary method call
An authenticated agent could perform a remote Denial of Service attack against Zammad by calling an endpoint that accepts a generic method name, which was not properly sanitized against an allowlist.

Recommended Resolution
This vulnerability is fixed in the latest versions of Zammad and it is recommended to upgrade to one of these.
